Rabbit Island Shore

You cannot grow up on this side of the island without Rabbit Island sitting out there in every memory. I painted it catching the warm afternoon light on its slope, with the water that impossible turquoise and one palm leaning in over the sand. This is the postcard I have had in my head my whole life.
